VAULTD SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (Free on orders $75+): 5-7 business days — $4.99 on orders under $75
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days — $14.99

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Wrong Address? Double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Email info@vaultdco.com immediately if you need to correct it before it ships.

Lost or Stolen Package? If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at info@vaultdco.com within 7 days and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
