I came to Roosevelt field and stopped at Ice Vault. I had a sliver chain I needed help getting closed/fixed. All of the team was very nice, helpful and friendly. Lala and Justin helped me with the chain and took great care of my jewelry, I had informed them the pendant holds some of my mother’s ashes. They fixed my chain, helped me put it back on and I’m on my way back home. Thank you Lala, Justin and your whole team! I definitely recommend I’ve Vault to everyone!!
